Her culinary specialities are traditional plates from South Tyrol, as for example dumplings, filled halfmoons, juicy roasts and Mediterranean delicacies. The dishes are prepared principally from South Tyrolean high quality products with full taste that are always fresh. With pleasure Horst completes the plates with the right wine suggestion that starts a real party for the palate. The perfect conclusion of the culinary evening is the dessert. It is always homemade and suits perfectly to an espresso with typical cream.
