Two Ski Areas in One!

The vacation region includes two well-known ski areas: the Gitschberg and the Jochtal – both with modern aerial lifts and very well-groomed slopes from December till April, for every taste.

From Mühlbach, you can quickly reach the Plose ski area near Brixen / Bressanone with its breath-taking panoramic view of the Dolomites.

And if you're interested in more than just skiing, the region offers
a variety of other winter sport recreational activities:

• Snowshoe hiking in the Pfunderer Mountains / Monti di Fundres, all around the Gitschberg and Jochtal, as well as on the Rodenecker Alm / Alpe di Rodengo
